We are offering two sponsorship levels this year, Partner, and Supporter. While the levels for this year are set, we are always interested in discussing options if you have an idea for a specific way you would like to sponsor a future conference.
If you are interested in sponsoring the conference, you can sign up directly on the site. As always, if you have any questions or comments at all, please contact us!
A postgresql.org community account is required to sign up as a sponsor, and to access the sponsor dashboard to claim benefits once confirmed. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one during the signup process. The account used to sign up will become the initial manager of the sponsorship, but other persons and accounts can be added as co-managers once the sponsorship is confirmed.
Sponsorship Options
Sponsorship Details
Benefactor: £1,750
Benefactor sponsorship is limited to at most 8 sponsors on a first come, first served basis.
As a Benefactor partner the Business will be entitled to the following promotional opportunities:
- Permission for the Business to use the following endorsement: “Benefactor of PGDay UK 2024”.
- Prominent inclusion of the Business's logo and a link to the Business's website on the official conference website. A 300 character long description can also be included with the logo.
- One free attendee pass for the conference.
- Opportunity for the Business to participate in a written interview to be published on the conference website and publicised via two posts on one or more of the Conference’s social media accounts.
- The opportunity to include one piece of corporate signage in the common space of the conference.
- Contact details of attendees who opt-in to sharing information.
- Recognition by the presenters in the opening and closing sessions of the conference.
- A desk in the exhibitors area of the conference venue.
The cost for Benefactor Partnership opportunities, as described above, is £1,750.
Supporter: £350
As a Supporter partner the Business will be entitled to the following promotional opportunities:
- Permission for the Business to use the following endorsement: “Supporter of PGDay UK 2024”.
- Inclusion of the Business' logo and a link to the Business' website on the official conference website.
- Opportunity for the Business to participate in a written interview to be published on the conference website and publicised via one post on one or more of the Conference’s social media accounts.
- Recognition by the presenters in the opening and closing sessions of the conference.
The cost for Supporter Partnership opportunities, as described above, is £350.
Sponsor Passes
Sponsor attendee passes are vouchers, and are only valid for payment of a registration. They still require registration and are subject to availability just like any other registration.

PGDay UK 2024 is organised on behalf of PostgreSQL Europe by Slonik Enterprises Ltd. As such all sponsorship contracts are with Slonik Enterprises Ltd. Please note Slonik Enterprises Ltd is not VAT registered and therefore no VAT is collected.
